Our Mission

Behar English Language Center (BELC) is an academic and professional institute that provides intensive and semi-intensive EFL courses. The purpose of these courses is to enhance and develop English language fluency and accuracy in our students. We offer English courses in an environment that embraces respect, understanding, integrity, and cultural awareness of the target language. The centre provides innovative and distinctive language learning solutions in our English-speaking community. Our language centre aspires to be a role model for English language capacity building through excellence and best practices, which meet the international standards for language teaching institutions.
